Across nearly two decades working inside medical offices, she built processes from scratch, stepped into dysfunctional systems and fixed them, and became the person who knew the software better than anyone — including the people who sold it.

At one practice, she inherited a billing department in backlog chaos and cleared it in three months. At another, she championed a software transition that reduced a four-hour daily manual task to ten minutes. That efficiency made her role redundant.
