Ginger Hilton is an operations consultant and founder of Nautilus Operations Consulting, where she partners with business owners and leadership teams to bring clarity, structure, and scalability to complex organizations.
With over 20 years of experience developing operational foundations and workflows, Ginger specializes in identifying the hidden inefficiencies that limit growth—whether in systems, processes, team structure, or decision-making. Her work focuses on helping organizations move from reactive, day-to-day management to intentional, well-designed operations that support long-term success.
Ginger spent 15 years in the healthcare industry, where she developed a deep understanding of high-stakes environments that demand precision, consistency, and operational reliability. This experience shaped her disciplined, systems-oriented approach and her ability to quickly assess where breakdowns occur and how to resolve them effectively.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Management, bringing both strategic insight and practical execution to her work. In addition to her corporate experience, Ginger is also the founder and former operator of a small diaper bank charity, where she built the organization’s operational infrastructure from the ground up—further strengthening her expertise in resource management, process development, and mission-driven leadership.
