6-MONTH CONSULTANCY

6-MONTH CONSULTANCY

APPLICATION REQUIRED

LIMITED AVAILABILITY

Operational stability

built by design.

This is not a package. It is a six-month strategic consultancy — a working partnership between you and a seasoned operational advisor who will examine every functional area of your business, identify what's breaking, and help you build the infrastructure your next stage of growth actually requires. Engagements are selective. Not every application is accepted.

INVESTMENT

$4,500

per month • 6-month engagement
$27,000 total investment

  • 90-min kick-off call + 11 bi-weekly sessions
  • Slack access between sessions for async delivery
  • Two 90-day operational plans developed
  • Full-scope audit across all functional areas
  • KPI frameworks & accountability structures
  • Key team members included when relevant
  • SOPs, decision making frameworks, workflow strategy

This engagement is

selective by design.

Not every business is the right fit — and that's intentional. Completing the intake form begins the evaluation process.

THE REAL NUMBER YOU SHOULD BE THINKING ABOUT

20

hours/week

That's the average number of hours a business owner with broken operational infrastructure spends managing things that, with the right systems in place, should run without them.

Based on operational assessments across service-based businesses

At your billing rate, that's not just lost time. It's lost revenue, lost leadership capacity, and a ceiling on every growth goal you have. The Strategic Operations Advisory exists to take that number down - systematically, structurally, and permanently.

BEFORE YOU APPLY - THIS MATTERS

This is a consultancy.

Not an implementation service.

what NAUTILUS will do

WHAT THIS IS NOT

Diagnose and advise — audit every area of your business and deliver strategic recommendations grounded in 20+ years of operational expertise

Design workflow structures — map, plan, and advise on how workflows should be redesigned and what technology should support them

Recommend the right tools — evaluate your tech stack and advise on what to add, remove, or replace based on your specific needs

Guide your team through change — facilitate sessions with key team members to align on new structures, roles, and accountability

Develop two 90-day plans — build and deliver prioritized operational roadmaps for each half of the engagement

Be available via Slack — async advisory support between bi-weekly sessions for time-sensitive questions and decisions

Building your workflows in your software — that is implementation, not advisory

Setting up or connecting your tech tools — that is a technical implementation role

Day-to-day execution or task management — your team implements; I advise on what and how

A short-term fix — this engagement is designed for structural, lasting change, not quick patches

The most effective consultants don't build your house — they ensure the blueprints are right, the foundation is sound, and you're not about to run out of the wrong materials at the wrong time.

THE ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURE

12 sessions. Two phases.

Complete operational transformation.

Session 1 - 90 minutes

Kick-off & Deep-Dive Audit

  • Full business review across all functional areas
  • Top priorities identified and ranked
  • Investigation plan initiated — expect more diagnosis than change in month one

Phase One - Investigate & Build

Sessions 2-5  60-min EA

  • Findings presented with recommendations
  • First 90-day plan reviewed, KPIs set
  • Team alignment sessions as needed
  • Progress reviewed & refined at each session

SESSION 6 - HALFWAY

Phase Two Launch & New 90-Day Plan

  • Phase One results reviewed & documented
  • Financial review completed
  • New 90-day plan delivered within 48 hours

SESSIONS 7-12

Phase Two - Stabilize & Scale

  • Deeper implementation across remaining priorities
  • Workflows stabilized, accountability structures finalized
  • Session 12: milestones, KPIs, hours recovered, what's next

Throughout the entire engagement: Slack access for async advisory between sessions — time-sensitive questions, decision checkpoints, and strategic thinking when you need a second set of eyes before you move.

THE TRANSFORMATION

Where you are now.

Where you'll be at month six.

TODAY - WITHOUT THE ADVISORY

Everything still runs through you: decisions, approvals, questions.

Processes exist in some state - most are in your head, some are half-documented; not followed or consistent.

Team doesn't know who owns what, resulting in confusion, dropped balls, and rework.

Growth is happening, but the operations can't keep up with it.

You're managing the business instead of leading it

You're managing the business instead of leading it

MONTH SIX - WITH THE ADVISORY

Decision frameworks are in place: your team handles what shouldn't reach you

SOPs documented, accessible, and actually followed consistently

Roles are defined, accountability is structural, not personal

Operations built to support the next stage of growth — not break under it

You're leading — making strategic decisions, not operational ones

SOPs documented, accessible, and actually followed consistently

The difference between these two is the Advisory.

Six months. Twelve sessions. Two 90-day plans. One complete operational transformation.

What is operational drag
actually costing your business?
Enter your numbers below to see a directional estimate of what broken or inefficient operations cost your business over six months — and how that compares to the Advisory investment. Every number is based entirely on your inputs.

Team productivity lost

Total cost of inaction
$79,920
vs. $27,000 Advisory investment
At these numbers, the Advisory pays for itself in approximately 2.0 months — and continues returning value across the remaining four months of the engagement.
Estimated ROI: 196% — for every $1 invested in the Advisory, you could expect approximately $2.96 in recovered time, revenue, and productivity over the six-month engagement.
These are directional estimates based entirely on your inputs — not projections, guarantees, or promises of specific results. The model uses standard business calculation methods: 4.33 average weeks per month (52 ÷ 12), direct hourly value of owner time, and opportunity cost of uncaptured monthly revenue. Team productivity loss is estimated conservatively at 30% of owner hours lost. Individual results depend on your specific business, the nature of your constraints, and the degree to which advisory recommendations are implemented. This calculator is designed to help you think clearly about the real cost of operational drag — nothing more.
How these numbers are calculated
Your time cost: Hourly rate × hours lost per week × 4.33 (standard average weeks per month: 52 ÷ 12) × 6 months.

Revenue opportunity cost: Your monthly uncaptured revenue estimate × 6 months. This reflects revenue not realized because operational drag limits delivery capacity, client acquisition, or retention.

Team productivity cost: Team hourly rate × estimated team hours lost per week (conservatively calculated at 30% of owner's lost hours per person) × 4.33 × 6 months × number of affected team members.

ROI: (Total cost of inaction − $27,000 Advisory investment) ÷ $27,000 × 100. Standard return on investment calculation.

Breakeven point: $27,000 ÷ (total cost of inaction ÷ 6 months) = number of months until the Advisory investment is recovered.

THIS ENGAGEMENT IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF

You're ready to build

something that lasts.

The Advisory is for leaders who've outgrown reactive management and are ready to invest in the infrastructure that makes the next stage of growth actually possible.

Your business is growing but operations are inconsistent or breaking under the pressure

You're still too involved in day-to-day decisions that your systems or team should handle

You want strategic, expert guidance — not just a list of recommendations to implement alone

Your team lacks clarity, alignment, or consistent execution — and you feel it every day

You are ready to implement change, not just discuss it

You want someone objective, experienced, and direct, not someone who will just validate what you already think

Be honest

with yourself here.

Selective means selective. The Advisory works when both sides are fully committed to the process. If any of the below describes where you are, a different engagement may serve you better right now.

THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF

You're looking for someone to build your systems, set up your software, or do the implementation work

You want quick fixes, not lasting structural change

Your business is pre-revenue or in early-stage validation. The Advisory requires existing operational complexity to work with.

You are not open to changing how you currently operate, including systems, team structures, or habits that may be contributing to the problem

You want validation, not honest assessment.

Not sure if you're ready? Start with an Operational Diagnostic Session: 30 minutes, $250, and a clear picture of where your business actually stands before you commit to six months.

QUESTIONS

The ones I hear

before people apply.

What exactly is in this advisory engagement?

A 90-minute kick-off plus 11 bi-weekly 60-minute sessions over six months. Slack access between sessions. Two 90-day operational plans. Full-scope audit across all functional areas. Strategic guidance on workflow design, SOP structure, tech stack, team alignment, decision frameworks, and KPIs. Key team members may join sessions relevant to them.

Will you actually be building my workflows or setting up my tools?

No — and that distinction matters. This is an advisory engagement. I diagnose, design, recommend, and guide. Your team implements. I can assist with one or two minor items if the situation genuinely calls for it, but building workflows or connecting technology is not my role here. If you need implementation support, I can recommend resources.

How is this different from traditional consulting?

Some consulting delivers a report and walks away. This engagement stays, across six months of bi-weekly sessions, ongoing Slack advisory, and two iterative 90-day plans. The goal is embedded change in how your business actually operates, not a document that sits in a folder.

Why $4,500/month? Help me understand the investment.

Consider what operational drag is currently costing you: in your time, your team's time, and the revenue you're not capturing because your systems can't support it. The Advisory is priced to reflect 20+ years of operational expertise, the depth of the engagement, and the kind of strategic access that typically comes with a full-time fractional COO. You're paying for transformation, not hours.

What does the application process look like?

You complete the intake form, which Ginger reviews to assess fit. Not every application is accepted. The Advisory is selective because it works best when both sides are genuinely aligned. If it's a fit, you'll hear back directly to discuss next steps. If it's not the right time, you'll receive an honest recommendation for what might serve you better right now.

What happens at the end of the six months?

At Session 12, you'll review all milestones and KPIs hit, document hours recovered and operational improvements, and discuss projections. If you'd like to continue, two paths are available: a Fractional COO engagement for deeper ongoing leadership, or an Advisory extension, same structure, continued focus on the next phase of priorities.

GET STARTED

At a certain point, growth

is about structure, not effort.

If your operating model cannot support your next phase, it will continue to constrain performance, limit scale, and keep you in the middle of everything — no matter how hard you work. The Strategic Operations Advisory is designed to change that. Permanently. Not with a report. With six months of embedded strategic partnership that rebuilds how your business actually runs.

HOW TO APPLY

Three steps to get started.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Availability is limited to ensure each engagement receives the depth of attention it requires..

1.

Complete the intake form, be thorough. The more context you provide, the better I can assess fit. Please complete the form yourself, not with AI. I want to hear from you.

2.

Your application will be reviewed and responded to directly, typically within 3-5 business days.

3.

If accepted, you'll receive onboarding details and you will get the link to schedule your 90-minute kick-off call.
