Can you really fix this in 90 days?

The goal isn't to fix everything — it's to remove you as the operational bottleneck for your most critical processes. That is a winnable 90-day outcome. Full organizational transformation takes longer, which is why I offer a 6-month engagement for owners who want to go deeper after this.

What if my staff doesn't buy in?

Staff resistance is almost always a symptom of unclear roles and poor communication — both of which we address directly in Month 2. I've worked in healthcare long enough to know how to bring teams along, not just hand them a manual and hope for the best.

Do I need to do a lot of prep work before we start?

No. I start with an audit, which means I come to you remotely. You'll need to give me access to your scheduling system, basic financial data, and about 90 minutes in week one. After that, I guide the process.
